The staff were great and the hotel facilities were amazing. The location was perfect, with convenient access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

Quiet room, even on busy square, with helpful front desk team. Comfortable bed, away from road noise. Excellent restaurant service with delicious food and good wine selection. Generous room size for luggage and easy access to attractions. Convenient location near luxury shops and famous restaurants.

The hotel is perfectly located, right across from the tube station and very close to the best shopping street where you can find the top of luxury fashion. The staff is responsive, helpful, and eager to assist with any needs. The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast and has facilities such as a minibar and dressing gowns for added convenience.

The carpets in the corridors and rooms could use changing, as they are the first sign of cleanliness.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast room is lovely with a nice selection. Housekeeping is prompt and efficient, mailing lost items straight to your home. Every year we visit and stay at the Sloane Square hotel for its wonderful attractions and its convenient location close to relatives. The rooms are spacious and now have upgraded soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful stay. Eric, the staff member, provided excellent service, even though I had mistakenly paid extra for a larger room that didn't actually exist. He compensated us with a much-appreciated upgrade on our second night. The front-facing rooms offer a lovely view of Sloane Square, especially during the Christmas season. The hotel is located near the tube station, shops, and restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the location is perfect. Just across the road is a tube station which makes it easy to get around. Secondly, the staff were amazing. From the reservation to the check out, they kindly accommodated my requests. Lastly, the facilities were great including free Wi-Fi in rooms, an exercise gym and a restaurant.

I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to experience a comfortable stay with excellent services and amenities.

During our weekend trip, we found a cozy hotel perfectly situated near the open market by Partridges. It was so easy to explore the city's attractions and shopping areas, and the Sloane Square tube station was just a stone's throw away. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the nearby Cote Brasserie, which we could conveniently charge to our room.

The shower was a bit small and slightly tricky to operate.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff at reception were professional and charming, always willing to help us out. The location of this hotel was excellent, as it was right on the square and very close to the tube station. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and found the hotel facilities to be great. All good.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was fabulous, right in the heart of the city with the Underground just across the road. It made it so easy for us to explore all the incredible attractions London has to offer. The room itself was spacious and clean, giving us plenty of room to move around and store our luggage.

Despite the wonderful experience, we did have a minor concern regarding safety. One day, we returned to our room to find that it had been entered while we were out and our bedroom door left wide open.

The service at this hotel was great, with friendly and respectful staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we loved the mini bar with its great selection of snacks. The location was unbeatable, with the tube station just across the road and plenty of attractions within easy reach. Plus, the flexibility and empathy shown by the hotel when we arrived late due to bad weather was greatly appreciated.
